  1. I don’t modify the words of those I quote… unless I expressly admit that that is what I’m doing… which is more than I can say for the Apostle Paul (e.g. see Psalm 68:18 and Ephesians 4:8).

  2. I knew you were joking, silly… But then I thought about the question of whether I might actually tweak a quote. And so I gave an explanation of how I might do it… 🙂
